2.Payment: our preferred method of payment is online through our secure website using SAGE that will handle most debit and credit cards. We accept telephone orders but these must be paid at the time of order by Debit or Credit cards (Visa & Mastercard). Please note we no longer accept cheques or postal orders. All prices listed are in pounds Sterling,GBP.
3.Delivery & Returns: We aim to despatch all orders within one working day but this is not guaranteed and on rare occasions it can take up to 14 days when we are particularly busy. We will do our best to contact customers when there is a significant delay. Carriage charges are not refundable but products may be returned and will be refunded on condition they are returned to our premises undamaged, unused and in original wrapping within 7 days from the date of delivery. Work carried out or goods supplied as “Special Orders” cannot be returned.
4.Availability & Back Orders: Our website runs on a live database and shows those items currently available from stock. Our new out of stock enquiry system allows users to register interest in out of stock items and we will send an email when new stock arrives.
5.Specifications: The company reserves the right to alter or amend specifications without prior notice. Most of our stock is new but we reserve the right to supply good second-hand if or when our stock of new parts is exhausted or unavailable.
6.Guarantees: All new products and repairs are guaranteed for a period of one year to the initial purchaser & if any defect is found under normal use & service, then we will, subject to our inspection, repair or if we wish replace such items free of cost, provided the item is returned to us as soon as possible after any defect is found. Any unauthorised repair, alteration, damage either accidental or deliberate, neglect or abuse of any item will render all guarantees null & void.
7.Damage/Loss in Transit UK Customers: All goods are sent First Class post at the buyers risk. If you require an insured service please select either Recorded Delivery (up to £30 value) or Special Delivery (up to £2500 value) when ordering. Please examine all packages prior to receipt as signatures are taken as proof of receipt in good condition. All damaged packages MUST be either refused or signed RECEIVED DAMAGED and in either case Damage must be advised to ourselves within three days of delivery.
8.Damage/Loss in Transit Non - UK Customers: All goods are sent First Class Airmail at the buyers risk. If you require an insured service please select either International Signed For that gives cover to £250 or Airsure that gives cover to £500.

9.Certification & Age Limits: All customers should ensure that any statutory certificates or permits are in place as required by the prevailing legislation in their particular jurisdictions. UK customers should note that since the VCR Act came into effect we are unable to despatch air weapons directly to a private individual. Air weapons and some major components along with Silencers now must be collected from either our own premises or those of a nominated registered firearms dealer. Air pistols above 6ft lbs along with all air weapons manufactured using the self contained air cartridge system are now prohibited weapons and would require the express authority of the Home Office (Section 5 certification). All customers are required to confirm they are over 18 prior to their order being processed.
All guns and component parts subject to the controls of the Firearms act 1968 and subsequent amendments MUST be collected in person or sent to another RFD for collection in person. It is the buyers responsibility to arrange this PRIOR to purchase. Repairs can be carried out and posted back to the owners address providing we are in possession of a valid certificate at the time of dispatch. If you are in any doubt please contact us PRIOR to purchase.
10.Export permits:We will obtain export permits (subject to administration costs) in order to comply with UK export legislation. It is however the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any items ordered are not subject to either Import restriction or prohibition in their own jurisdiction. We cannot accept any responsibility for items confiscated or detained by overseas customs services.
