Q. How much do you charge for Postage?

A. Postage is automatically calculated at the time of ordering based on the order items and the location of the delivery address. The postage charge will be displayed at the checkout stage after entering your delivery address and prior to making payment.

Q. Where can I find the price of an item?

A. All prices are listed on the parts pages beside each item. Use the categories to navigate website, or the search facility to find the parts you need.

Q. Can you tell me if the part I'm looking for is available?

A. The shop uses a live stock database, all parts listed are available to buy immediately or place a back order request if they are out of stock. Use the category listings or the search facility to find the parts listing you require.

If you are looking for a part that is shown on a gun plan but is not listed on the website, please contact us and let us know.

Q. What types of payment do you accept?

A. For our secure online payment provider we use Protx. We accept most major credit cards and UK Debit cards. A full list will be displayed on checkout when you are directed to the Protx website.

Q. The website is rejecting my credit card, what should I do?

A. If you are having problems with the Protx system accepting your card, first ensure that you are entering all details correctly and fully. Incorrect addresses commonly cause problems, ensure that the billing address entered matches your cards billing address.
